Our Vision
The vision of the School is that children leave the School with:
-
A set of Moral Values – Honesty, Integrity and Good judgement
-
A compliment of basic skills – Linguistic, Mathematical, Scientific, Artistic, Physical and Social
-
An enquiring and discriminating mind and a desire for knowledge
-
Strong self-esteem and high personal expectations
-
Tolerance and respect for others
-
A desire to show the love of Jesus Christ to all they come in contact with.
Guiding Challenging Appreciation
-
We are an Independent, Christian based, Private School who follow the Department of Education’s Curriculum (CAPS). We offer effective, inclusive education to all children. Our learners are assessed continuously and we evaluate them every term.
-
Teacher/Parent meetings held each term.
-
Teacher/Parent correspondence on a regular basis.
Our Mission
The School seeks to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success through development-appropriate instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles. Our school promotes a safe, orderly, caring and supportive environment. Each student’s self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships between students and staff. We strive to have our parents, teachers and community members actively involved on our students learning. We believe that Jesus Christ remains the center of all teaching, relationships and character development. Children are deliberately pointed to Jesus Christ as the ultimate role model for academics, sport, recreation and character.
